"When
I discovered The Brazilian Court in Palm Beach I knew it would be a
charming, sunny setting for a wonderful southern version of Café Boulud"
explains Daniel Boulud. In July 2003 Daniel Boulud introduced a second Café
Boulud in Palm Beach's legendary Brazilian Court Hotel. It is in the heart
of Palm Beach and just steps from the famed Worth Avenue and miles of white
sandy beach. Tucked away on a tree-lined street, the charming 1920's Spanish
style buildings are interspersed with lush tropical garden courtyards
The menu parallels that of its sister restaurant on East 76th Street in
Manhattan and reflects the chef's four muses: La Tradition, La Saison, Le
Potager and Le Voyage. La Tradition highlights classic French dishes. La
Saison features courses in harmony with the seasons. Le Potager, named for
the French vegetable garden, offers vegetarian dishes. Le Voyage is inspired
by Daniel's interpretation of various world cuisines.
In addition to the 130 seat dining room there is a lively lounge and bar and
a delightful out door dining terrace. The two elegant private dining rooms,
accommodating 110 and 50 guests respectively, have become a must on the Palm
Beach party circuit. Café Boulud is run by a talented and dedicated team
Chef de Cuisine is Zach Bell, formerly Sous-Chef at New York's Café Boulud.
He is joined by Pastry Chef Jennifer Reed, former Pastry Sous Chef at Café
Boulud in New York, along with Sommelière Jenny Benzie.
